Shamsul Shah Bin Sulaiman

Shamsul Shah Sulaiman, 46, obtained a Bachelor Degree in Technology Management from Open University of Malaysia (OUM), Diploma in Science from University Technology Mara (UiTM).
He started his career as a Process Control Supervisor in Bard Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 1995. He then joined Silitek Corporation as Quality Assistant Engineer for 3 years before heading to Kuala Lumpur and joined Fujitsu Malaysia aka Spansion Inc in year 2000 for 11 years.
Having vast experience in Quality Assurance Division, his last position was the Head of Quality Assurance before Spansion Inc ceased operation in December 2011. He then decided to set up his own business, venturing into food industry. Shamsul Shah is holding a green belt of Six Sigma certification with Spansion Sigma College.
He is now the CEO / Executive Director of Tishas Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, overseeing the entire business process and decision making of the company.
Atika Mohd Ramli

Atika Mohd Ramli, 43, obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) major Applied Finance & Investment from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bachelor Degree (Hons) Accountancy from University Technology Mara (UiTM) and Diploma in Accountancy from University Technology Mara (UiTM).
Progressive experience for over fourteen years in Banking OPEX Analysis, Financial Performance Analysis, Strategic Planning, Budgeting Process, KPI Setting and Tracking as well as Bank’s Sales Incentive and Reward program for all branches across CIMB Bank.
She was attached to EXIM Bank (M) Berhad in Strategic Planning Department of CEO’s Office, before heading to CIMB in February 2007 as an AVP of Consumer Business Planning & Analysis and later was promoted as VP of Sales Management of Consumer Sales and Distribution Division until she decided to join her husband and manage their own business in January 2015.
She is now the Chief Operation Officer of Tishas Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, overseeing the entire Finance, Marketing & Sales Channels of the company.
